Choosing the Right Trip

Other-Side 12 hour tuna trip

The “otherside” is the less pressured side of the Gulf Stream. The fish come from the north side of the Bahamas and are following the bait with the north current. We use color radar to find the tuna birds feeding on the bait that the tuna have boiled up. In addition to tuna, we find hungry Dolphin, aggressive Wahoo, and get multiple shots at Blue Marlin each season.

We run at @ 30 knots to the other-side of the Gulf Stream and fish up to 100 miles offshore. We shove off at 6am and return @ 6pm or sooner if we have our limit of yellow fin tuna. This trip is only available with Captain Russell Sinclair aboard the Big Game Price $3500

Full day trip A full day is a 9 to 10 hour trip where we travel up to 40 miles out. For full day trips we like to target what's biting. Our goal is to catch the most fish while providing a day filled with rod bending action and an overall great experience. On any given day you could catch sailfish, dolphin, cobia, grouper, snapper, wahoo, kings, barracuda, sharks, amber jack, black fin tuna and many other offshore species. Any boat on this site can accommodate you for a full day trip. This is the most popular trip! Price $700 to $1750 for up to 6 people.

Half Day trip Half day is a 5 to 6 hour trip where we typically try to fish within 20 miles to provide ample amount of actual fishing time. We have the opportunity to catch all the same fish as we do on a full day. The half day trip is available on any boat "except" the Big Game. Price $500 to $700 for up to 6 people.

Shark trip This is a 4 hour trip where we usually fish near the Canaveral Shoal less than 4 miles from the port. On these trips you have the opportunity to catch several species of shark such as hammer head, lemon and black tip sharks to name a few. We also catch tarpon and red drum on occasion. This trip is available aboard Sea Leveler & Tight Work. Price $300 for up to 6 people.

4 hour reef/near-shore trip This trip allows for a quick run to the reef up to 18 miles out. You can catch kings, cobia, mahi, barracuda, sharks, sail fish and several other species. This trip is very good when the fishing has been consistent but you never know when it can change and 4 hours does not allow enough time to try something different. This trip is only available aboard the Tight Work with Captain Dustin Rapp Price $400 for up to 6 people.
